We have summarized below how SaveWay uses your personal information. This includes payment information and information relating to your health. Because we do not engage in electronic billing with government or private third-party payors, SaveWay’s use of your personal information is not subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). However, we take steps to protect and manage your personal information consistent with HIPAA principles and standards.

What we use your personal information for
Creating an account with us
When you buy products from us, or complete one of our health forms, we use your personal details to create a secure patient profile with SaveWay. This allows us to manage the dispensing of your prescriptions and your payments, as well as fulfil the legal and professional obligations we have as a dispensing pharmacy.
Referring you to a healthcare practitioner
If you complete one of our health forms online, or send us a health form by email, we will use your health information to make recommendations regarding your hormone therapy needs. We will make these recommendations verbally and refer you to a healthcare practitioner who can help (if you do not already have one). Sometimes, your healthcare practitioner will request we provide our recommendations to them in writing so they can make the best judgments in respect of your treatment.
Receiving and filling a prescription
SaveWay supplies prescription medicines. We must only supply these medicines against a valid prescription issued by a qualified healthcare practitioner. We must also ensure we fulfil our legal and professional obligations when dispensing a prescription (including making appropriate checks to ensure the prescription is valid, is addressed to the person receiving the medicines, ensuring there are no errors in the prescription, and the appropriate records are maintained in respect of the receipt of the prescription and the supply of the medicines). Your prescription details and your health information are used for these limited purposes. We also use this information to help manage your future requirements for the dispensing of prescriptions, including sending you refill reminders.
Receiving payment
We must collect your payment details and process the payment for your medication order prior to its preparation. We maintain your payment details with your account so we can charge or debit your card, as applicable, each time we dispense a prescription script. You may request to provide your payment information with each order as it is placed but this will delay the preparation of your medication until payment has been received.
Other uses of your personal information
Inquiries
You may make an inquiry about our services (for example, through our contact page). If you do, we use the information you give us to:
- provide you with information about our services; and
- respond to and manage your enquiries and requests.
Enforcing legal rights
We will use your personal information for the prosecution, enforcement or protection of our legal rights and obligations.
Administration, quality, and training
We will use your personal information to:
- administer our business (including in accordance with legal or other obligations we must meet);
- manage our relationship with you;
- maintain quality standards;
- design and deliver internal training.
System and product development
Your personal information is used to support the development and improvement of our business. This can include using your information for:
- the purposes of surveys;
- providing your personal information to third parties so they can provide services to us in respect of system and product development or improvement in accordance with our instructions.

Who else gets your personal information?
SaveWay does not disclose your personal information for a business purpose except as set out in this Privacy Statement. Your personal information is never sold or otherwise shared to third parties.
To help us provide our solutions and services, the personal information described above is shared with our affiliates in the Myonex Group (as described below). It may also be disclosed to third parties who provide services to us, including:
- information technology and information services providers;
- other third-party service providers;
- professional and other third-party advisers.
These third parties can only use the personal information to provide their services to us or to support our delivery of our services to you. They must follow our instructions and they are not permitted to sell or share your personal information.
To the extent instructed by you or otherwise permitted or required by law, we may disclose to one of your family members, to a relative, to a close friend, or to any other person identified by you, personal information that is directly relevant to the person’s involvement with your care or payment related to your care.
Your personal information is not disclosed to anyone else.
In certain circumstances, we may be obliged to disclose your personal information to a public authority in response to a lawful request or to respond to legal process. We will only make such disclosure to extent such request is lawful.
How long do we keep your personal information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as we are legally required by state and federal laws and/or regulations, or if longer, for the period the personal information is needed for the purposes we have collected it.

We only use your personal information if lawfully we can do so. In some cases, we may ask for your consent to use your personal information.
